Boy Is Joined By Hundreds Of Others For Irish Dancing Flash Mob

Who doesn’t like a bit of Irish dancing? You may think that it’s appropriate just for St. Patrick’s day, and while it may find its roots in Ireland, the dance and Irish culture is practiced all around the world—and that too whenever!

So if you have partaken in this, then surely you know how crazy and fun it can get (and if you don’t, you’re probably doing it wrong). But have you ever been a part of an Irish dancing flash mob?

Yup, we didn’t think so. And I don’t think that you’ve seen something like this before either. Enter a large train station in Sydney, Australia on a fine day. When most people thought that they’d just go about their regular day, commuting from home to work, or wherever else they have planned to go, they didn’t know that they’d see a pleasant performance—a performance that probably put a huge smile on their faces. Plus, they also got a story to tell once they got home.

So here are thousands of people going about their day when a group of what looks like students, start shaking their legs to some Irish music! And just when the passersby thought that this couldn’t get any better, they noticed the group kept growing in number.

Watch how the group of dancers gets bigger and bigger as the music continues to play! Who knew that a large group of people could be so well coordinated? I wonder how much time this took them to prepare!

What a treat! Do you have stories similar to this that you’d like to share? We’d  love to hear about them in the comments below!

In the mean time, watch the full performance in the video. Share it with family and friends and spread the love for Irish dancing!
