The more we watch the news, we are convinced that somewhere and some place, humanity has taken a turn for the worst. There is so much crime and violence shown on TV that sometimes I skip the news channel—I don’t want to see so much negativity.
However once in a while, you’ll hear and see stories that really do restore your faith in humanity. I especially like the ones where people are helping others that are less fortunate and don’t have so many privilges in life—this includes the homeless.
When we see a homeless person, many of us are guilty of assuming the worst. Consequently, the idea of sparing them some change is often nullified by the assumption that the money will be used on booze or even drugs. How did this become a prevailing stereotype? I don’t have an answer for that, but one man decided to find out what actually happens when you give money to a homeless person. See for yourself what happens in the video below… I don’t think anybody expected THAT to happen. He really went above and beyond. What a remarkable story!

This was a part of his experiment to see exactly what this man does with the money. He decides to give the money up and then follow the homeless man around.
I think after watching the clip below, no one expected THAT to happen. He really went above and beyond.
