They Look Like Normal Christmas Lights, Seconds Later They Turn Into Touching Tribute For Troops

I’ve seen some really cool Christmas light decorations throughout my life. In more recent years, people have really been getting creative with technology to transform their homes into a real spectacle.

But one Florida family took this festive opportunity to celebrate their national pride and show their appreciation for the American troops and veterans who protect their freedom. Their house starts off looking like it was decorated with normal, albeit grand, Christmas lights.

But that was just something to deceive all the passersby because when Lee Greenwood’s “Proud To Be An American” comes on, that’s when the magic really begins. As the song progresses and picks up the beat, you can see that the lighting is arranged to be in perfect sync, as well! It’s not just the lighting, but the colors of the lights that really brought this thoughtful setup to the forefront.

The family carefully picked blue, red and white/gold lights to represent the colors of the national flag and all that the troops do to protect that nation and its residents from harm. I have yet to see a set of Christmas lights like this one and would consider myself lucky if I ever do!

Have you seen anything like this? We’d love to know in the comments below.

In the meantime, check it out and prepare to be amazed. Their wonderful tribute even won a Good Morning America contest! If you liked this post, then don’t forget to like and share it with family and friends!
