That’s right… boil your bacon and get crispy yet juicy bacon every time! When I first heard about this I thought it was some kind of joke. But I do love my bacon and America’s Test Kitchen hasn’t steered me wrong yet. So off I went to add water to my bacon. Admittedly, the first time I messed it up, so learn from my mistake: don’t add too much water!
