3 Men Walk Into Empty Church And Cover Beatles Classic

When a song is so popular that many artists try to recreate it, we sometimes get tired of hearing different versions because we solely believe that the original one is the best. And while that may be true, it’s also true that some singers are able to recreate a song in such a way that it is equally as beautiful and lovely. One such song is The Beatles’ “Let It Be”.

In order for you to understand the meaning behind the popular song, it came together when Paul McCartney had a dream about his admired and deceased mother, named Mary. In it, she helped him through a particularly hard time in his life and gave him one simple piece of advice, “let it be”. For that reason, the line, “When I find myself in times of trouble, mother Mary comes to me,” is solely about Paul’s mother. And with that, he created the stunning song that many love to this day.

Of late, however, a band going by the name of Gentri took on the challenge of recreating the classic tune. They consist of three men, all professional tenors, who decided to sing their own version whilst sitting inside a beautiful and empty church wearing smart black suits. The result? A performance that will genuinely send shivers down your spine. Their voices intertwine in unison and it all comes together to create something perfect.

Additionally, we’d like to take the time to appreciate the mesmerizing songs that The Beatles created and sang decades ago, and give thanks to their sound that still influences many to this day.
