The announcement we’re about to make has to be one of the most anticipated ones for everyone who’s been following “America’s Got Talent.” Everyone’s favorite ventriloquist, Darci Lynne Farmer, has won the show, and rightfully so!
Darci blew the judges away right from the start; she not only had amazing ventriloquism skills but also a beautiful singing voice. She was oozing out talent and continued to impress the judges and audience one performance after another. Each time she came on stage, the 12-year-old had something different up her sleeve and not every contestant can keep up the kind of consistency that Darci had.
The little girl’s finale performance was something that everyone will remember for ages. She had both of her puppets, Petunia and Oscar, sing a Beatles duet. They serenaded everyone in the room with “With A Little Help With My Friends.” I think it’s safe to say that the two puppets helped Darci quickly make her way ahead of the other contestants.
The video shared in this post is the one in which Tyra Banks announces the winner of 2017’s AGT! Both finalists, Darci and the super-talented Angelica Hale, stand on either side of the star host as she builds anticipation and announces the reward that comes with winning the show. Both of the girls are in tears even before the winner is announced.
