If You Rub Epsom Salt Into Your Hair, THIS Unexpected Effect Will Surprise You…

Epsom salt! Just what the heck is it? Should I put it on my french fries? Should I use it to melt the ice on my driveway? Well, I guess you could do those things but you may not necessarily get the results you want (hint: Epsom salt is a laxative) because Epsom salt is very much different than the typical salts that you probably know. You see, Epsom salt is not even a salt. Named after a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, Epsom salt is actually a naturally occurring mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. And what’s really interesting about it is how it’s readily absorbed through the skin which is why people are most familiar with Epsom salt baths. Indeed, people will take Epsom salt baths to help reduce inflammation, help muscle and nerve functions, prevent artery hardening,  improve the absorption of nutrients, and flush out toxins. The nice relaxing warm bath is a bonus!
