Grandma Discovers 2-Year-Old Granddaughter’s Talent For Piano

If asked, what would you say is your talent? Do you love to write stories? Perhaps you’re a gifted actor, an excellent runner or a gifted musician. And while there are many people worldwide that excel in music, it’s also safe to say that many will admit to not having a single musical bone in their body. But that is definitely not the case with six-year-old, Emily Bear. This young girl has gained viral fame of late for her amazing ability to play the piano, after having played for three years already.

Emily began piano lessons at the age of three with the help of piano teacher, Mr D, and since, she has been dubbed “The Next Mozart,” with the incredible opportunity to play at the White House! Isn’t that sincerely amazing for a girl of such a young age?

Emily’s talent was recognized by her grandmother who too is a passionate pianist. Emily was playing the instrument one afternoon when her grandmother heard the notes from the other room. Instinctively, she thought it was one of Emily’s siblings, as she did not think Emily would be capable of such skill at such a young age… boy, was she wrong!

And as it goes, Emily has come from a talented family of musical geniuses. Her brother is highly skilled in playing the guitar while Emily has clearly followed in her grandmother’s footsteps. And the cherry on the cake? Emily’s sheer humility. When asked about her skill, she simply says, “Actually, I’m just a normal kid that plays piano.” Well isn’t that something?

See the lovely video below and be sure to share it with your family and friends so that they too can be utterly impressed and perhaps somewhat green with envy.
