A Little Boy Is Being Bullied. When Gwen Stefani Invites Him On Stage It Changes His Day.

On a single night during one of her concerts, Gwen Stefani showed amazing compassion for one of her young fans. She recently performed in West Palm Beach, Florida, and just like at all of her concerts, the venue was packed with adoring fans excited to enjoy an evening of some of their favorite music. If you were to look out over the crowd, you would see numerous signs held up  by concert attendees. The signs show love for Gwen and her music, or possibly a message to the singer. As Gwen was performing, she took note of one such sign that she couldn’t read clearly. She asked for the sign and began to read it out loud. It said: “My son was bullied from 1st to 5th grade. He would come home every day upset, but he would go to his room, listen to your music and smile.” The sign had an immediate effect on Gwen, the crowd, and as she read it, tears filled my eyes. And when she asked the boy up on stage, I’m sure that mine weren’t the only happy tears.

As Gwen Stefani, a world famous singer, performer, and television personality hugged this boy as the crowd cheered for him, she changed his life and the lives of anyone watching. She stood up to the bullies and reminded this boy and everyone who has ever felt bullied or alone that they are special. She took that moment to use her status to have a positive effect on the world around her. The boy, Brandon, was invited back on the stage for the final bow. After the concert, Gwen invited him backstage to meet her sons who are close to his age. In an age of bullies and conflict, Gwen spoke out against negativity and showed the positive effect that music and celebrity can have on the world. She touched a lot of hearts and lives that evening with her beautiful gesture. Let’s keep the good vibes going… share this touching moment with the world!
