Way back when I was in elementary school, we had a talent show. There was some singing, some dancing, a magic show, and even a stand-up comedy routine. The talent and production level was pretty much what you would probably expect for a bunch of grade school kids, but I thought we did a pretty good job! We put smiles on the faces of all of the parents and teachers in the crowd, and that’s all we could really ask for. A for effort, right?
But kids these days… holy cow! Kids these days have some serious talent! Perhaps it’s because of all the information and inspiration that’s so readily available on the internet but kids have really stepped up their game.
A group of 3rd graders in LA, California got together for an unforgettable performance for an unforgettable performance at the at Baldwin Hills Elementary School talent show. Recreating Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back,” the young boys bust out some incredibly stylish dance moves that leaves the audience going wild. It’s hard to believe how young they are! Just what the heck was I doing when I was in the 3rd grade?
