Kids are the most innocent types of humans that we will ever encounter. They always speak their minds and have no filter (even if whatever they’re saying is rude, at least it’s honest!), and their expectations of their loved ones are so simple and sweet. Aside from being pampered with toys and candy, all they want is love and a reminder that their parents will always love them. In the video below, it appears like a father and his daughter have a daily routine of exchanging hugs and kisses before dad sets off for a day at work. But on this particular day, it seems like daddy was in a rush and couldn’t spend that extra bit of time with the child before he left. What happened next is too adorable for words.
The little girl is completely distraught and in deep thought about why her father didn’t give her a goodbye hug and kiss before he left. She’s so disturbed by it, that she’s actually crying! It is so adorable to see that the little girl just needs a basic, yet important, needs met every time dad is ready to leave the house. From her reaction, it’s quite clear that she looks forward to this part of her day the most.
The toddler gives a very simple reason as to why she’s so upset as well; she says everyone gives hugs and kisses before they “bye-byes.” Adorable!
Although this video is a cute instance of children being children, it’s also a great reminder for parents/guardians to always shower love and affection on their kids, just like the little girl’s parents. It goes a long way.
