Dad Allows Daughter To Choose Her Own Outfit For Picture Day

It’s safe to say that when you have a child, you really have to step up your game. The world is no longer just about you and/or your partner but also about someone who needs constant attention, care and love. It’s an absolutely beautiful thing for sure. Watching your little mini-me grow up into a stunning princess or a dashing prince is one of the many perks of being a parent.

Additionally, it’s pretty darn cool when you get to dress them up in adorable outfits… until they’re old enough to think for and dress themselves, of course. Back in my day, there was no way I was allowed to choose what to wear! Mom had it all planned out. I had to look prim and proper so she could send photos of me to friends and family. But when I have kids, I’ll definitely take a page out of this dad’s book!

Luckily for little three-year-old Kaylieann, she got to choose what to wear and pulled it off heroically! Clearly her parents, while surely a little apprehensive, had faith in her ability to choose something awesome – and hopefully not regret down the line! You must be wondering what kind of outfit she chose, and we are here to tell you that she chose something SUPER cool, of course! This kid is not only inspiring, but she’s got good taste!

Yes, Kaylieann ‘s thinking was a little out of the box but don’t all great thinkers think outside the lines? Kaylieann has since hit it big as a viral sensation. The little girl who opted for a costume rather than a traditional, nice dress or pair of pants and blouse is making waves. I love her determination and originality. She truly owns what it means to be authentic, and at such a young age! She does what she wants, wears what she wants and she’s not hurting anyone while doing it! In my eyes, she’s the superhero!

This photo was uploaded to Reddit by Kaylieann’s dad, saying how she wanted to dress up as Superman. In her little blue and red costume, complete with cape and a Superman doll, this girl is on fire. And totally unforgettable! Plus, how much is she going to love looking back at this photo when she’s older? This is the perfect snap to show her first significant other or better yet –  at her wedding!
