Cat’s First Encounter With Snow Is Too Funny

There’s nothing that people like to talk about in the winter months more than snow. It’s at the center of your discussion when you’re talking about the brutal traffic, flight cancellations because of a winter storm, and even a white Christmas. Clearly, “snow” is a hot topic when it comes to these chilly months…

Unless, of course, you’re from a warm climate. If you’ve never seen or experienced snow, you probably don’t know what it’s like. It’s very common to approach it slowly or like it’s the plague! If it’s not familiar to you, it might come off as scary or weird and…cold!

It’s always a trip to watch someone experience it for the first time. Their reaction can span from excited and joyful to downright gorssed out and not happy about it. You never know what you’re gonna get from a human. Now from an animal, it’s even more entertaining! They’re so candid and react weirdly. There’s no telling how they’ll interpret the snowy white stuff.

If we get into more detail about the kinds of animals that don’t prefer the snow, I think it’s safe to say that cats would come on top. Yes, some kittens love the weather and would spend the entire day outdoors, but generally, felines prefer to stay indoors and warm. Right?

The cat in this video would probably want to stay indoors as well; it’s just that he didn’t know what the snow was all about. This video clip shows us Frank’s first encounter with snow, and it wasn’t what he thought it would be. It almost seems like his hunting skills kicked in once he set paw on the round; Frank was trying to stomp on whatever was making the crunching snow, but in reality, it was just the crisp white stuff. I’d truly love to know what on earth was going through his little mind, poor baby.

He really had no idea how to interpret the weird stuff. It is weird, isn’t it Frank? We humans think so too. Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

This clip is a fun watch and will have you chuckling at the cat’s reaction. Click below to check it out!
