Woman Finds Three Wild Deer Huddled Inside Her Home

Nature and wild animals are very interesting. Both are unpredictable and you never know when they’re going to strike. And, although you sometimes can’t help but get stuck in bad weather or walk right into the wake of a storm, it’s always safe to steer clear of wild animals. You have the discretion on this one, and it’s important to use it.

It’s never safe to approach animals in the wild because you don’t know how they will react. Will they get aggressive? Perhaps. Will they try to protect themselves while harming you? Maybe. So, until or unless you feel comfortable being around an animal you come across while you’re camping, or out in the woods, it’s best to stay away.

An imgur user, who goes by the name Amscolie, shared an interesting story about the wildlife that she raises. I’m assuming she’s trained and confident enough to take this up as a profession. You can imagine the number of animals this woman houses, and it’s probably great! But, what happens when it’s raining and all of them can’t go out and do their thing? They need to be accommodated for indoors!

So, as shared on Paws Planet, here is Amscolie’s story:

“I raise orphaned wildlife. Recently, the back door was open as a storm was coming. The deer were nowhere to be found. Went inside, was heading to the front door, only to see them next to an end table in the living room. Told them they could sleep in the house for the night because it was going to be nasty.”

Now, she even shared a picture as proof of the deer being smart and making themselves at home in her house.

They say that animals have this sense of what the weather is going to be like. So, the fact that these deer came in and made themselves at home, safe from the rain and wind, is no surprise.

Although a lot of homeowners, those who live in remote rural areas, find deer pesky, you can’t say the same about their babies. They’re cute as a button, and these baby deer at Amscolie’s place were no different! She shares a few more photos of the animals and even says, “But how can you ever say no to a face like this?”
