“All those molds were of streamlined shapes with soft lines—they all looked alike.”

She wanted distinct cake molds so her pastries didn’t look traditional: “That’s when I decided to create my own mold that wouldn’t look like everyone else’s.”

Molds are where the idea of these unique desserts was born. When she first started baking, Dinara was working with traditional desserts (basic round and square cakes). But that wasn’t for too long: “Then molds of different designs started appearing on the market, and they were more interesting to work with,” says the former architect. “But even all those molds were of streamlined shapes with soft lines—they all looked alike. That’s when I decided to create my own mold that wouldn’t look like everyone else’s.”

Since starting her baking career, Dinara sometimes spends up to 16 hours baking and designing cakes.

Since discovering her passion, Dinara sometimes bakes for up to 16 hours a day. Although she has taken numerous classes to perfect her craft, the baker admits that “More recently, my main method of development is self-studying. I cook, cook, and cook again. I make and remake in a circle until the final result satisfies me.”

Although she has taken multiple baking classes, Dinara now relies on her self-teaching skills to perfect her craft.

“Now, my main method of development is self-studying. I cook, cook, and cook again. I make and remake in a circle until the final result satisfies me.

And when she’s not baking, she’s busy giving interviews, taking phone calls, and even traveling.
