Baby Girl Makes New Friend When A Giant Blue Butterfly Lands On Her Head

Witnessing the child you brought into this world say their very first word, take their first step, and learn to read is a miracle in itself. However, one of the most beautiful things about raising a child is getting to see the expressions on their face as they experience new places, things, and events for the very first time.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of raising children is getting to show them life outside of the home: different flowers and plants, animals, and even insects. After all, the world is big, so it only makes sense to get our little ones involved in nature at an early age to show them the complex beauty and variety their planet contains!

One couple decided to take their infant to the San Diego Zoo one day, considering it a good time to start teaching their daughter more about planet Earth and its inhabitants.

While some children even older than the baby in the video tend to get tired and fussy when taken on a trip, it was clear that this baby girl was quite in awe during her visit to the zoo. Her big, curious eyes say it all!

However, the best part of the trip was when a massive, blue butterfly landed on their baby’s head when they were at the zoo’s Butterfly Jungle exhibit. Apart from looking gorgeous on her tiny head, as if it were a hat or large bow, the butterfly’s landing was perfectly suitable as the girl was wearing a butterfly shirt too.

Making the moment even cuter was the fact that the child had absolutely no clue the butterfly was just chilling on her head. The Mariposa certainly wasn’t leaving anytime soon! There’s something about that baby that attracted it in the first place.

To top it off, a young child was singing, “I’m a butterfly! I’m a butterfly! I’m a little butterfly…” in the background, instantly captivating the young infant’s attention.

Truly, there’s just too much cuteness in this single clip!

Make sure to watch the clip in the video below! My goodness, that infant is darling, both with and without the butterfly on her head. I’m 100 percent sure the infant’s family was very happy to have captured this sweet moment on camera!

When you’re finished watching, share the video on social media to light up your friends’ faces! Babies and butterflies certainly have a way of doing that, don’t they?
