We see it all the time: perfectly able-bodied people parking in the disabled spots. These people make up all kinds of excuses for their transgressions, ranging from “I’ll only be here for a few minutes” to “nobody parks here anyway.” And sadly, they get away with this all too often because there simply aren’t enough police officers around to enforce the law. The problem is particularly bad in Russia, that 30% of drivers will take a designated disabled parking spot. [googlead]That’s a frightening statistic! So a non-profit organization called Dislife created a very powerful campaign to help put an end to this terrible behaviour. I don’t want to spoil it but let’s just say that they made use of some very cutting-edge technology to get their message across! Have you ever seen anything like this?
