I had no idea where she was going with this until she finally popped the balloon, and then my jaw dropped to the floor! What you end up is a stunning custom glitter bowl. All you need is 1 cup of Mod Podge, 2 cups of glitter, a balloon, a paintbrush, a bowl and some of your time!
