Mother Goose FRANTICALLY Gets This Cop’s Attention. Now Watch Where She Takes Him…

Imagine yourself just sitting in your car parked car, when you hear a knocking at your door. You look out your window, and to your surprise, it’s not even a person… it’s a goose! You’re left scratching your head because you’d think that geese would steer clear of humans. Then again, maybe this particular goose was used to being fed by humans? Okay, that makes sense. But somehow, that still doesn’t seem right because this goose appears to be really anxious and she just won’t stop frantically pecking at your door… maybe she’s trying to ask you for help? So then what do you do?

That scenario more or less describes Officer James Givens’ recent encounter. And in the over 26 years that he’s served with the Cincinnati Police Department, he has never had an experience even remotely close to this one.

“This goose came up and started pecking on the side of the car… I threw some food out for her, but she didn’t take it. She just kept pecking and quacking. Then she walked away, stopped and looked back. Then came over again and pecked some more.” When the goose walked away and looked back at Givens, he decided to follow her.

“She led me about 100 yards away to this grassy area near a creek. That’s when I saw one of her babies all tangled up in some string from a balloon. His little feet were kicking,” explained Givens. “She led me straight to him.”

Givens wasn’t quite sure how to approach the situation so he called the SPCA but nobody was immediately available to help. Fortunately, Officer Cecilia Charron overheard the call and decided to step in. Check out this incredibly sweet and heartwarming video of motherly instinct below!
