A young man with down syndrome named Anthony Yorfido was ecstatic when he found out that Aerosmith would be performing in his town of Welland, Ontario. But his excitement turned to devastation when tickets to the show were sold out before he could get one for himself. On the night of the show, Anthony and his mother, Diane, went out to a medical supply store. [googlead]They noticed a limousine parked outside and a very familiar face browsing around inside… and that’s when Anthony exclaimed “Oh, my God! Steven Tyler, is that you?”
Anthony ran over and gave the Aerosmith frontman a huge hug. Tyler hugged him back, and kissed him and his mother on the forehead before asking them if they would be coming to his show that night…
…Diane explained to Tyler that Anthony really wanted to go but they were unable to get tickets. And that’s when Tyler said “Oh, don’t worry about that, you guys are coming with me. I’ll get you backstage passes.”
