As a person from new mexico, wtf is new mexico city? And secondly, in my personal opinion the hottest thing we have here is green chile, yes i spelt it right and yes it is a real thing, however growing up eating it many new mexicans do have a higher tolerance for spice than others but it doesn't make us untouchable by spice. Her husband needs to educate her.and probably give her some actual hot green chile and not the mild like he more than likely has been.
