NTJ, she's just mad that you're putting your foot down and making her take some responsibility for herself. I was in a similar situation before and now I don't even talk to her.
You remind me of my grandmother, so sweet and giving, I would be crushed if we didn't get time together. You are NTJ but your son and his wife are. You don't owe them anything.
I assume when she turned it back on there'd be like 200 missed calls and texts and the mom would probably call the police to find her
