Ntj. You called as soon as you knew the accident would make you 10 min late. While only 10 min late, she still illegally left the kid alone. Recent day care activity has proven that this girl could have got slapped with child endangerment anfif something happened to your child she was legally at fault. You don't owe her an extra hr but of course you'd owe her for her actual time. Her parents probably removed her venmo because this wasn't the first time or she wasn't given permission to be out that late and chose to take the job behind their back. It doesn't seem like they don't care to me, it seems like they don't think she deserves to get paid
Not only are you ntj but if they are going to accuse you and not back it up they OWE you an apology. Both of them. They could have called tge cops later and claimed they forgot to turn on the cameras. You had a legal right to see it.
Bit of a different opinion but I'm going to say ntj. I don't get why kbeaudway seems to think you want a formal apology when it's clear you just want a REAL apology without eyerolls and ignorance. This time you caught her mocking you, how many times has she mocked you when you couldn't see. She doesn't have to like the photos but she's an adult making fun of you like she's a child and calling you cringy. That's true cringe right there. It's your wedding and if shes going to be rude don't invite her. She will be interesting at your wedding openly mocking you. Asking for a real apology in private was the nicest thing you could have done. I would have said it in front of everything and told her to grow the f up
Ntj, but if she had posted videos and pics of you then you could have pressed charges. It's illegal to post minors without consent or take videos and pics in someone else's hospital room. If you aren't the patient it's a 4th amendment rights violation and you can't get views in prison
