Just get divorced. You are not each others ideal mate anymore, you both want wildly different lives that literally cannot coexist. Let him go.
It's literally not illegal to use someone's card if you have their permission. Unless it's a store policy, butt the Fuck out. It would be the fathers job to file it as fraud, and depending on the kids age, like if theyre a minor, he may still be the one that is liable.
Mostly though, YTJ because you decided it was your place to parent other people's kids. Again, butt the fuck out, not your place, ever.
