I recommend you go to a lawyer and have them look at that letter from his lawyer. They can't legally get you in trouble for talking about who your parents are.
YTJ... by your own admission, your daughter deliberately spilled the nail polish. You are responsible for damages your child does deliberately.
TV should be off while he is there. He is there to have custody of his kids and to interact with them.
