I've worked retail and I'm not fond of grumpy, irritated customers, but a customer falls and you just stand there and laugh at him *for five minutes* (love how people exaggerate like that) and take pictures, then put one up at the register? And he looked ashamed? I'm calling bullsh*t on this one.
He was bigger than you. You asked him to stop. He wouldn't, and did it in front of an audience. THAT is bullying.
That wasn't so much revenge as putting a stop to her continued abuse. There's a difference. What you said was not nice, but it was true and it had the desired effect. She left you alone from then on.
