I cannot even imagine not moving heaven and earth to see a new baby, especially a grand baby? Wow. My shock aside, you aren't necessarily a jerk, but you sure aren't grandmother or mother of the year. You seem totally indifferent to this child.
What a sad world this has become. I suppose you're all jerks here. Your parents for hinting that they would pay you, and then not, and you for expecting anything in the first place. If watching your own sister for a weekend to help your parents is such a hardship, I can't imagine you guys have a healthy family relationship in the first place.
Ytj . How on earth do you feel you have any say on what she posts on social media? She's not there to entertain you. It's HER page. Her body. Showing your children's faces is a separate matter and you should discuss it immediately, but you absolutely cannot tell her not to post her own pictures.
