Actually thats not true, allcats cannot take care if themselves and not all cats dont come back home. I had my cat for 18 years, when I found her, she was a stray, she was starving (I think about 5lbs and ended being 14lbs after she was finally healthy). If given a choice she would always choose to be indoors.

U might be thinking of Medicare, that one is based on age. But depending on what plan someone picks l, depends on what options are available. My parents had a really good plan, and I had no bills from when mom was in the hospital.
