She did it right- she broke things off, THEN started dating someone else. The other guy- he started dating a girl who was available. Neither of them did anything wrong. Revenge wasn't necessary or even appropriate. Sure, she broke OP's heart, but for real- she didn't do him dirty (cheating or theft).
Except that there was borderline illegal action taken. Stop-smoking patches are typically only by prescription. Use of a prescription by someone other than the intended is illegal here in the US (federal level, some state laws as well). Add that they were used on someone without their consent OR KNOWLEDGE... yeah, no pity here.
If you're gonna get back at someone, at least do it in a way that you don't put your own safety and freedom at risk.

Agreed- she doesn't want to be with OP.. why does he want her back? I'd rather be with someone who gets just a little giddy about spending time with me over someone who doesn't want to be around me.
Childish response. So they're cheap (no tip), and mean (slamming door). All you've done is prove yourself the same.
