I kept the place I worked at running like a well oiled machine. I had an MBA and applied for the manager position since I was a supervisor. I got passed over for "new blood" and the new guy had it out for me. He finally convinced plant manager that get could hire two monkeys to do my job for less money. After they let me go they place went to crap and he was fired shortly after. I heard that they realized that get screwed the pooch by firing me. I switched careers and realized they did me a huge favor.
