They Produce Music All Hours Of The Night

I had a neighbor just like this one... LOUD music from 2am on... I was in a used record shop and found a full set of motor cycle races ! MY stereo had massive speakers and 500 watts... I simply turned them around, pointed them at the wall and when they played THEIR loud music, I let 'em have a nice motor cycle race! I WON!!
