I think we've all had the experience of a neurotic, mentally unstable neighbor. Hell I lived in a city literally CHOCK FULL OF THEM. BUSLOADS of people, morning and evening. What makes it really bad is when they are able to twist everything in their favor and get everyone else against you. I've caught one stealing from me, punched them out and "he's not as well off (I was poor, and this was a rooming house) and I shouldn't have hit him and he should be able to keep what he stole!
My mom's neighbor was such a big bitch she once said she hoped my mom would have a heart attack and die! If I worked on my car she'd constantly call the police. Finally she was caught in her lies by a local cop who got charges filed for harassment and filing a false report. I happen to know that she paid over a thousand dollars in fines! But it didn't stop, it got so bad they sued my mother and my mom sold her house and moved. I contacted every potential buyer and realtor to make sure they knew what a psychohosebeast she was!
