I have a sister like this, sitting like a spider in her room and never helping with the rent or any housework. The house is my brother's, who got it when Mama died (all the siblings wrote quit-claims for our parts of the inheritence, the house, and gave it to Brother), and she's been free-loading for over 5 years, now. When Brother goes, I hope he left her the house so I won't have to deal with it and her.
