NTJ, I worked customer service for 15 years. Every place I worked you were to serve customers what they wanted with in the morning/lunch menu no matter how close to closing it was. Every restaurant employee is paid for all their time, even if it is past closing. Also closing is when the store closes not when the job ends. Closing always includes washing dishes, cleaning tables, mopping floors. She was being lazy and you should let the management know.
