NTJ, and your sister needs to get away from him fast. Your mother should be ashamed for allowing him to speak to you like that.
Stand your ground. She has a lot to prove, and do not rush any changes. She needs a good 2 years of sobriety and stability under her belt. Sadly, if she relapses, you won't know until it is too late.
