NTA, when she pays back the money that was loaned to her you will take your name off of the documentation until that time the answer is "NO". IF you take your name off of the documentation you will never see the money that she owes you. You might want to get your own lawyer to protect your interest in all proceedings.
NTA, you don't have to tell them anything, that is his responsibility. and to monitor your conversation, just wrong.
NTA, she didn't want to help and you have handled all the expenses, upkeep and etc for the property, she doesn't deserve any of the money from the sale. Don't give her one penny.
NTA, you are better off with her out of your life, tell her she isn't a friend and never will be and block her. Meet your friends without her being around and if she shows up leave.
