Amanda assured the little boy that he would get the pencils back after class so he handed her the pencils and the teacher started sharpening them.

She Noticed Something

While Amanda was sharpening one of the pencils, she noticed some red writing on it that said, “You are so talented.”

Different Messages

It piqued Amanda’s interest so she asked the boy if she could take a look at his other pencils and that’s when she saw that all of them had different encouraging messages written on them like, “You are perfect,” “You are phenomenal,” and “You are so talented.”

Clearly, the boy’s mom knew the positive impact her little messages would make on her son, and the little boy obviously loved his pencils, which was probably why he had asked for them back at the end of the class.
