YouTube, NBC NewsDespite being deaf, Tim has found a friend in Tallulah because he delivers to their street twice every week. So, building a friendship didn’t really take much effort.

PexelsOne typical day, as Tim came into Tallulah’s street to deliver a package, the little girl was standing in front of their house, telling Tim to “have a good day” through sign language.
