Try This Lavender Lemonade To Get Rid Of Headaches And Anxiety

Mmmmm… lemonade! Nobody can deny the deliciousness of a nice, cold, delicious glass of freshly squeezed lemonade. But what if I told you that with the addition of one small but powerful ingredient, you could turn that refreshing drink into an all-natural remedy for headaches and anxiety?

Pure lavender oil is known to be gentle yet powerful, with amazing health benefits. With over 150 active constituents, lavender oil is an anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-depressant,  antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antispasmodic. It also helps to lower blood pressure and ease pain.

Lavender is considered to be great for treating headaches and stress. Furthermore, researchers in Florida have also found that it can relieves anxiety. Not surprisingly, many people love to diffuse some lavender essential oil in their home or office, or put several drops of the oil in a hot bath.

So… how do we make this delicious and health lavender lemonade?

Ingredients

  • 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil
  • juice of 6 lemons (organic preferred)
  • 1 cup of raw honey
  • 12 cups of water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill
  2. Add more water or honey to adjust sweetness
