Tell the friend to hire a process server and serve him at work. My father, in his infinite wisdom, had my mother served while she was picking me up from school. His witch of an Aunt was the one who pointed out my mother to the process server. Haven't forgotten it to this day, even though it was over 40 years ago.

Is there no door on the bathroom that can be closed? Not sure how this is even an issue with both the bedroom and bathroom door closed.
NTJ. You've made it clear you are not interested. When you tell someone repeatedly no and they persist, then it's time to go to HR and not feel bad about it.
I'd say let them take you to court. She'd have to prove the value of what was destroyed. And assuming she could do that I don't think there's a judge or jury in the world a that would hold a child responsible. You also can't get blood out of a stone, so if you were to get a judgement against you and truly can't afford it, you can't afford it.
