Thank you for what you did.....too many of us had to work with the public and I wish these idiots could actually be the one behind the counter once in awhile.
And you probably didn't get paid for any of your janitorial work. I really dislike any manager that does this kind of s**t and your "answer" is one I will keep in mind for the future...
