This is so sad ntj I'm so sorry you have to deal with this I hope you and your sister are okay, one has to wonder if she's staying up that late drinking who gives that poor toddler attention when they need it in the morning and day when you'd be at school
The part where the mother clearly told OP that she should've ended up with her son
Def not the jerk but I feel bad for that little girl her parents are gone consistently and all she has is this nanny and you said she said the dogs are the only ones who love her and that little snot probably just needs attention from the people who are supposed to be there for her, not your problem but as an adult that was a lonely Child theirself I wish she got more affection
Call the cops everytime it happens until the city buys a sign
