Leaving a relative like that a penny is actually a pretty smart move. It clearly demonstrates intent and makes the will much more difficult to challenge in court compared to if they were left out completely.

Be careful. In most states initiating a confrontation with someone you have a restraining order against, such as by following them or directing a gesture toward them or even speaking to them, will nullify the order.
And everything you did was perfectly legal, so I'm not sure why she should have had a problem with it
