If it isn't against the provincial/town law for you to have unleashed, NON-AGGRESSIVE dogs, I doubt you have anything to worry about. The neighbour with the aggressive dog should be put on notice that you can and will take action if the dog doesn't stop coming after your dog/child/workers.

It looks like OP wasn't receiving that money as the charity payroll had incorrect information on file.
