Never thought of that; that's a good comeback. I am a Master Electrician, and could have used that a time or two.
Everywhere I have lived, it is incumbent on the property owner to post signs on private roads and drives that are longer than a couple hundred feet, or pass entirely through a property, stating that the road is private, trespass is prohibited, and that implied permission to use or pass may be revoked at any time, without notice; and the road or drive must be closed for at least twenty four hours, at least once in every twelve months. if not, an implied right to use may result in the road being declared public wat by means of eminent domain.
