NTJ. Where is the 4 year old sleeping? Couldn't the 14 year-old and the 4 year old share a room?
LOL, when I was in my early twenties four or five of us girls would go out dancing on the weekends. One of the girls was always running behind to the tune of an hour or so. The rest of us decided to tell our late friend we wanted to leave an hour earlier without telling the real time. It worked most of the time. So my opinion NTJ.

NTJ, Why is anyone complaining? You put an ad in for a specific roommate, the only people who should be responding are the ones who want that living arrangement.
