Am I Wrong For Shutting Off My Neighbor's Heat?

Well, if you're wrong then I'm going to burn in hell over what I did back in the 90's! A "friend" admitted that she had been in a hotel with my boyfriend on a night he was late showing up. OK....I'll take this up with him later but in the meantime....
(Sidenote: this is probably the reason you now have to go through 15 identification steps when dealing with utility providers.) I called the electric company, the gas company, the water/sewer department of the city, the cable company and just for good measure the phone company too. At that time, no PIN, secret handshake, or any other info was requested from me. I ordered shutoff for all these services for a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Asked them to forward the final bills to a POBox in Florida.
I never heard about the fallout from this revenge, but I have a great imagination and still love to think about her coming home on Friday night and having no utilities at all and no way to reconnect them without great expense on a holiday weekend!
