Yeah, OP is a jerk for suggesting that the father isn't the father just because one kid has a different skin tone. However, it has been repeatedly found in pregnancies with multiples that it is possible (albeit exceedingly rare) for the babies to have different fathers if the woman slept with multiple men around the time she ovulated. If the wife had a history of cheating, I'd probably want a DNA test just to be sure.
