This reminds me of the saying that no men "know a rapist" meanwhile women are raped at a high rate daily. All you men and possibly women attempting to defend the woman beater for whatever reason I hope it isn't your grandmother, mother, aunt, sisters, cousins or loved one getting beat on or worse becoming a death statistic. This is the type of conversation that happens every time a woman comes forward, the blame the victim crap. WHEN WILL THE ABUSERS BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE?
