Other people are hungry too because that giant waste of space keeps eating all the food in the house, not because you decide to keep your own food YOU paid for in your room. There should be enough food for everyone to eat and if there isn't cause that stepbrother is a giant walking stomach then that's what they need to fix, not you keeping food in your room. NTJ

NTA. This guy is all about his "dream job" and his "perfect car" but you're supposed to let him freeload at cost to yourself so he can achieve these? What else is he going to need that is a dream, or perfect, and another excuse to not pay rent? This guy has had enough off you, he's employed now and can afford to find somewhere else, and if he thinks he can get all that for cheaper.... let him go try.
Even my 9 year old can make toast, this is ridiculous. If he can figure out to drive and use laundry machines then a cooker shouldn't be beyond him.
